April Flowers

It was a beautiful April morning, the sun beaming down bright yellow on his head, a slight breeze wafting around him, rustling the leaves of the trees. The sounds of children playing drifted to his ears from somewhere near. Birds sang, wildflowers dotted the grass, and he could even see a butterfly flitting through the air around the bushes.

It was all rather lost on him. Robin sat on the park bench and stared straight ahead, his posture rigid and a stony unreadable expression on his face, his mouth pulled down into a cool flat line, trying to maintain a sense of stoic dignity. It was hard to do, as his beautiful red-haired girlfriend was currently happily braiding flowers into his hair.

My first idea was to have Robin and Starfire going for a leisurely fly but I decided on this one instead because it's adorable and hilarious and Star is all cute and "TEE!" and Robin is all *disgruntled* but you know he's not going to say anything because it makes Starfire happy.

They're adorable. I heart them.
