OTP meme-Robin and Starfire

I couldn't resist. I just couldn't. This meme was just calling to me. "Do me! Do me!" it said.

Plus it's an excuse to draw a bunch of pretty Rob/Star-ness. Some of these I might upload later as separate pieces, so you can see them better and because they just look really great.

1. Do I even need to say anything? I love them. SO much. They are my favorite couple always and forever.

2. If you wanna get REALLY technical I suppose you could say it started after watching my first TT episode "Final Exam" on that cruise ship once but I digress.

3. Couldn't decide what I loved most. So I just put everything. Seriously though. You lack for nothing with this ship. Fluff and cuteness? Got it. Heartrending angst? Got it. The occasional bout of Epic True Love? (watches Apprentice, The End Part Two, and Stranded over and over again)

4. Much as I love the kid, I still want to smack him upside the head when he's being a neurotic obsessive jerkface. Especially to Star.

5. Tee! Pretty obvious which one's my favorite. Robin is totally hot in that martial arts tunic. (No one draws him in it enough though. *sadz*) And you know Starfire just really really liked being in Robin's clothes. You know she did.

6. Rooftop party! Yes, Starfire's wearing a Tamaranian throknar.

7. ...with Starfire being innocently confused and Robin vehemently denying anything remotely illicit. As for what they were REALLY doing... why, they fell asleep watching a movie together in their pajamas of course!

8. Adult outfits designed as an amalgam of the cartoon and their comic counterparts' uniforms, leaning more towards the cartoon for Star and more towards the comic for Nightwing. Star's outfit was the most fun to design. Pose referenced/inspired by this comic book cover: [link] (c) Wolfman/Perez... I think.

9. I admit it. If Robin was a girl, their friendship would still be the cutest thing ever.

10. From left to right: Red X, who flirts briefly with Starfire, Kitten, who blackmails Robin into being her date for prom, and Blackfire, Starfire's evil older sister who, well... yeah.

11. For an especially well-done fic of a Rob/Star Tamaranian wedding, I recommend Kryalla Orchid's story "Locked Hearts".
